Stella sizing is tricky, because your instinct will be to size down. Learn from me and don't. I can wear both 10 and 12 these days in Stella, but I have def even done 8 in the past (and it fit!!). Decide where you want these pants to sit on you, measure there and then compare with the size chart on here.
